Do you feel as though you lack confidence in your ability to express yourself in relationships? Are you having a hard time finding affirmation and support for your needs or desires? Maybe you feel inauthentic in your roles or relationships and uncertain in your ability to change these uncomfortable aspects of your life. The therapeutic relationship can provide an affirming space for you to build confidence in yourself. It can be a place to explore your needs and wants and develop strategies to align yourself with them.

As a licensed professional counselor, I strive to create opportunities for growth within a collaborative, relational style of therapy. I work to understand the intersecting identities and individual strengths of each client with the intention of seeing each individual’s unique experience wholly. Finally, I hope to develop a growth-fostering relationship from which you may grow to desire more connections with a greater sense of clarity and joy.

I primarily work with people on challenges associated with sexuality, relationships, addiction, anxiety, and depression. I welcome individuals and couples from LGBTQIA+ and kink communities and folks with diverse relationship configurations associated with polyamory and non-monogamy. I also take an affirming stance when working with individuals who do sex work. Finally, I often work with people who have a histories of trauma and addiction.
