Sarah Silva, MA, LCPC
CEO & Founder

Sarah Silva is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who has experience working with anxiety disorders, self-esteem, perfectionism, and stress management. Sarah’s approach to therapy is one that is collaborative and active using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, as well as a strength based approach.

If you want someone to be blunt and challenge you in therapy, then this is the place for you. Sarah is passionate about helping you live the life you want, with less stress and worry in your life.

Sarah received her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Specialization with a concentration in the Treatment of Addiction Disorders from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2012 and completed her undergraduate studies at Rutgers University.

Laura Hoch, MA, LCPC

Laura S. Hoch is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, who has experience working in a variety of settings includeing schools, outpatient treatment facilities, hospitals, the criminal justice system, and internationally. Laura specializes in trauma, anxiety, addiction, relationships, and mood disorders. 

Laura believes therapy is a collaborative approach and offers integrative modalities to empower clients in their lives along with mind, emotional, and body components. She believes clients come with unique stories. She helps clients piece together stories from the past to write chapters to a brighter future. She believes you are the expert in your life and will help you develop awareness, find coping tools, and build your strengths.

Tolaya Geredine, MA, LPC

Tolaya Geredine is a Licensed Professional Counselor, experienced in working with diverse populations. Although passionate in assisting you with many concerns, Tolaya has special insights for people of color, the LGBT population, self-assertion/boundary issues, spirituality, and self-esteem.

Tolaya’s treatment approach is collaborative, as she believes you are the expert on your life, her role is to provide professional support to you in bringing out your best self.
 
Tolaya received her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Governors State University, Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern Illinois University, and has been working in mental health for 6 years.
